The high school football players will be going to Camp Higher Ground as their teambuilding experience this summer. Coaches will chaperone as the players practice and participate in other fun activities at the camp.

How do the players get there?
The players will bus to and from Camp Higher Ground. The players will leave from Walnut Hills High School.
  • Bus departs: Monday, 7/24/20 at 8:00am
  • Bus returns: Wednesday, 7/26/20 at 3:00pm

By Wednesday, July 22nd:
  • Players turn in camp permission slips.
    • NOTE: Coaches will chaperone the trip, so no need for parents to sign up for that role.

Physicals complete prior to camp departure on July 24th
  • Players need completed fall sports physicals to participate in camp.
    • Remember: the player needs to sign the form for it to be considered complete.

What to bring to camp?
  • Bed sheets (Recommend: 1 flat sheet to fold around mattress and 1 flat sheet to use as a blanket; twin size preferred but any size flat sheet will work)
  • Pillow
  • All toiletries (body wash, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
  • Towel
  • 6 changes of clothes (socks, shirts, shorts, etc)
  • 1 set of nice clothes for an outing
  • Pajamas
  • Swimsuit
  • Cell phone charger
  • Prescription medication
  • Personal snacks
TDC Fee payments may be given to WHHS TDC member or give to Coach Crook. Make sure the player's name and Fall 2022, and grade are clearly marked in the memo section of the check, or cash envelope.

If fees are a hardship, please talk to Coach Crook.
