Coach Jason Adams
Jason Adams is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a bachelor’s degree in Health Education: Exercise and Fitness. He is certified by the American Council of Exercise in personal training and the National Academy of Sports Medicine specializing in corrective exercise. Jason also teaches at Cincinnati State, where he is an adjunct teacher in the Exercise Science program.
Jason was invited to join the Walnut Hills High School Football staff because of his five years of experience in training high school athletes and his reputation of success in working with rehab clients, where he specializes in correcting movement deficiencies and increasing athletic performance. He is very detail oriented and enjoys helping people see their untapped potential and reaching their fitness goals. Jason excels in teaching proper and safe movements that will lead to improved stability, coordination and strength in young athletes and adults who are looking to improve their fitness and injury resilience. When it comes to strength and conditioning, his philosophy is if one wants to perform well and reduce their chances of injury, then one must train well with consistency and commitment. |
